We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of this website without express written permission from us.

Products

All figures sold by Nerdy Creations LLC are physical 3D printed items produced under official commercial merchant licenses from the original sculptors. We do not sell digital files. Products are made to order — product images are representative renders or photos of completed prints; minor variation in color or finish is normal for resin printing.

Accuracy of Information

We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

Pricing

Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes assessed upon delivery.

Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you provided at the time the order was made.

Intellectual Property

All original character IP (including Kasumi Tanoue) belongs to Nerdy Creations LLC. Sculptor designs are the intellectual property of their respective creators. Purchasing a figure does not transfer any IP rights to the buyer.

Limitation of Liability

Nerdy Creations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
