Our Process — Crafting Legends in Resin

From Vision to Form

Every project begins with precision 3D printing at 16K resolution, capturing microscopic details with breathtaking clarity. Each piece is double-cleansed in 99% IPA baths, supports are removed by hand, and the resin is cured in carefully staged cycles for perfect geometry and strength.

During this stage, you'll have a private one-on-one Discord consultation with our artist to refine colours, finishes, and any custom touches. Throughout the process you'll receive periodic behind-the-scenes updates — photos, progress notes, and glimpses into your model's transformation.

Preparation & Perfection

Once printed, each piece is individually packaged and sent to our painter's studio for refinement. Surfaces are hand-sanded and smoothed, seams blended away, and the model is professionally primed to reveal every contour and prepare it for the layers of colour ahead. This quiet, meticulous stage is where craftsmanship transforms raw resin into a perfect canvas.

Painting the Soul

Here, resin becomes art. Our painter combines airbrush precision with hand-brushed mastery through multiple stages of base coating, shading, highlighting, and contrast blending — using advanced techniques like OSL (Object-Source Lighting) to paint the illusion of real light, and NMM (Non-Metallic Metal) to create the shimmer of steel and gold without metallic paint. Every brushstroke brings depth, warmth, and storytelling to the surface.

Sealing & Inspection

Once painting is complete, each model is sealed with a clear protective coat formulated for resin, safeguarding every detail from wear and time. Back at our main studio, each piece undergoes a comprehensive inspection — colour and integrity checked under precision lighting. Only the finest results earn final approval.
