Production Time

All figures are printed to order. Please allow 1–2 weeks for production before your order ships. We print in small batches to maintain quality — your patience ensures you receive the best possible figure.

Shipping Carriers & Methods

We ship from the United States via USPS and UPS. All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Standard shipping is available to all 50 states. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after the order ships. Expedited options may be available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 2–4 weeks depending on your country and local customs processing. The buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country upon delivery. Nerdy Creations LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Packaging

Figures are carefully wrapped and padded to protect them during transit. We take great care in packaging to ensure your figure arrives in perfect condition.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is scanned as delivered by the carrier, Nerdy Creations LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact your local post office or carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
