Refund policy

Our Commitment

Every figure sold by Nerdy Creations LLC is printed to order under official commercial merchant licenses from the original sculptors. Because each item is custom-produced for you, please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your figure arrives damaged, broken, or with a significant print defect, we will make it right. Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and your order number. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund — your choice.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that does not match what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will send the correct item and cover all return shipping costs.

Change of Mind / Buyer's Remorse

Because all figures are printed to order specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, size options, and photos carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about a figure before ordering, reach out — we're happy to help.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production has typically begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.
